Laptop choice help

Hi tom's hardware community I am in need of your help.

I am a going to be a University student in about 2 months and was planning on getting a laptop to help with studies. My course will involve 3d modelling, animations and unity development. Like most of the offer people I would also like to play games with the laptop that I select.

Games:

Any new title really, I would not play at the highest setting though. To used to running at medium but would like at lest or around 60FPS.

Requirements:

Country - UK
Budget - £1200

CPU - i7 mobile (Preferably)
RAM - 8 GB+
GPU - 970M (Preferably) or lower
SSD - 128GB Msata or m.2
HDD - 1TB (Can buy separately if needed)
Screen - 15.6 + (IPS Preferably TN acceptable)

Noise would like to keep to a minimum but can buy a laptop cooler for it to keep it quiet.

I believe those are the main things. I think I am asking for a lot but any recommendation from you guys are welcome.

The third laptop is the best out of the 3. You could look at pc specialist to see if you can find something better.

I would suggest GS70 because I think Gigabyte is not really providing a lot of gaming features such as steelseries keyboard and so one that GS70 does.
