Laptop comes back on after i shut it down

Hello,
I have a acer laptop. When i shut it down , about 3 seconda later it turns itself back on. Will only turn off when battery dies

This is usually the result of a driver problem. Check in Control Panel/Device Manager to see what, if any, drivers/devices are reporting any problems. Please advise of specific devices afterward.
