Laptop Comparison - What's better?

Looking at doing some basic CAD work (matlab, autocad etc.) and am just wondering which laptop is better: the MSI CX70 2QF-619AU (http/www.scorptec.com.au/product/Notebooks/Notebooks/61658-CX70_2QF-619AU) or a Lenovo ThinkPad E560 (http/www3.lenovo.com/au/en/deals/current-offers/laptops-for-work-deals/E560-AU-C4/p/20EVCTO1WWENAU3#tab-tech_specs). They both have similar specs, the difference being in the CPU, GPU and screen size.

Go with the TinkPad. It's generally a bit better.
The GPU on the ThinkPad is a bit better.

The CPU on the ThinkPad will also perform a tad bit better.
