I have a Hp pavilion 15.6 inch laptop. it has a 1366*768 TN panel display. I want it to upgrade to 1920*1080 Full HD IPS display. Is this possible? Thanks in Advance. My specs are:
8 GB DDR3 1333 Mhz RAM(in 2 slots)
Core i5 4200U cpu.
AMD 1 GB DDR3 Graphics card.
500 GB 5400 rpm HDD.

According to HP's support page there are specific models that can be upgraded specially with a 1920x1080 screen. What's the exact model of your laptop?
