Laptop does not turn on!

Ok so here's the deal.
Ive found a old laptop home. Samsung NP300E5X-A02BG.
But when i try to boot it up the power button blink for one or two seconds a samsung logo shows on desktop, the fans start to spin and after one second it all turns of.
Ive tryed the method to hold down power button for 1minute it doesnt work.
HELP ME PLEASE

Try removing the battery and just connect to mains electricity. A really flat battery can't even pass the power through itself.
