Laptop doesn't turn on at times

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my laptop. It's a Vaio S Series with Windows 10 installed on it. I'm not sure when this started but I've been having trouble turning on my laptop. It is stuck on the black screen when you first start it up (the one with the loading circle) and does nothing from there. I often have to restart many times before it turns on.

Sometimes automatic repair or diagnosing shows up but that doesn't do anything. I also occasionally get a blue screen saying Inaccessible Boot Drive.

My laptop does this most times it gets turned off, although at other times it turns on normally and right away. Anyone have any ideas on whats causing this issue?

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by running a test with the AC adapter and the battery.
- Remove the battery and connect it directly to its AC adapter and see if it will turn on normally and will not shut down by itself.
- If the laptop will boot up normally and will stay on that means it's the battery that is faulty.
- But if the laptop will still shut down with just the AC adapter connected, do try a different AC adapter first that has the same voltage and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If a different AC adapter will also not work, proceed with checking the inside of the laptop.
- Start by reseating the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- If it will still not work, do remove the HDD off the laptop and turn it on and observe if it will still shutdown by itself.
