Question Laptop doesn't turn on

OK so am having a Lenovo ideapad 110-15ACL . so this the problem when the Ac adapter is plugged in it keeps before the charging indicator shows but when you press the power button it doesn't turn on

Unplug the main battery and the CMOS battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, then plug in the wall power with the batteries disconnected and see if it turns on.
Any background to this issue, was it working one day then dead the next?

removing the CMOS battery might entail disassembling the laptop to get to that battery. i would just remove the main battery if removable, disconnect the power adapter from the laptop if plugged in, do the 30 second count, reconnect the power adapter then press the power button to see if posts or not.
