I am posting request for help because I am trying to help a family member buy a laptop as she is going back to college. She will be doing spreadsheets, word processing, and web browsing for that, maybe some other stuff. It would be nice if she can also watch YouTube videos (720P at least).
I don't want to suggest that she buy anything without first getting some advice from some people more experienced with laptops.
NOTE: She is open to refurbished/used laptops.
