why would you need an 4GB graphic card?

you dont need more than 2GB unless you are running like 1440/1600P screen, and there isnt any laptop that could play a game with those resolutions with a decent framerate atleast

same with RAM, you dont really need more than 8, even something like BF4 uses "only" 2 gb

You'll not need this much vram unless you are playing on extreme reso. Generally you'll need 2 gb.i'll recommend going for a pc if you are gaming because they are upgradable in future..otherwise look for asus notebooks,they dont have loaddsss to choose from so it would be easy for you to pick one up for your budget and requirement
