Laptop for gaming and designing /rendering

Pls. I wanna buy a laptop for gaming and quick render when designing with Revis Architecture, 3d mars, vray and artlantis. Help me chose between HP Pavilion 15-p143cl intel core i5-4210U Processor 1.7GHz or more(12GB RAM, 1TB HDD) or any AMD equivalent.

That is not a good laptop for games, there is no video card in it outside the one in the CPU.

Acer VN7, Lenovo Y40, ASUS Laptop X555LB-NS51, you want to have at least the NVidia 840m class of video card in a laptop even for lower gaming settings, 860m to play on Medium in some newer games but even an 860m will be on Low in demanding games at playable frame rates.
