Laptop for HEAVY photoshop use. Help!

Hi, I am looking to get a laptop for doing work for concept illustration and art for print. I currently have a desktop that is 4 years old and I run CS2 still. I use a Intuos 3 12x9. It works fine for digital illustration, but over the past year, I've shifted to doing mostly printed art. I personally would love to just work at a desktop, but my current work situation would be best suited for a mobile workstation. I need a laptop that can handle 300 DPI and up to poster size files. My planned setup is to get a laptop that can run CS6 and get a Wacom Cintiq 13HD.

.... So that's where I need someone's help. I am not a "buy the best and newest every year" kind of guy. I want something that will last me 4-5 years at least. I will rarely play games on it. I don't mind weight and I think I want a 17 inch...
Budget- 1500-2000.

Suggestions please!
