Laptop for writing and editing

Can someone suggest which laptop I should get? I will use it mostly for writing and editing Word documents and pdfs. I'll also be using Excel spreadsheets and possibly using photoshop for some brochures.

Thanks. Will it be sufficient for video conferencing as well? I haven't had to use Skype in awhile, but I have heard that it uses a lot of memory

Yep - it'll be fine.

Just don't expect real good heavy game playing or video editing. It's OK for simple jobs only.
