Laptop freezes randomly

Hi everyone

I have a Lenovo y50 i7 that has been working like a dream since I got it. It's running on windows 10 and has been kept up to date regularly...

A few days ago when I was playing World of Warcraft my entire laptop froze and shortly after gave me the blue screen of death with an error message of "video_scheduler_internal_error". I decided to ignore it and start my laptop up again and run WoW as usual but the same thing happened once again. I then decided to uninstall my display adapters in safe mode and reinstall them, which didnt work. I then went and reset my entire laptop, but now it randomly freezes while doing the simplest of tasks so bad that I have to hold in my power button to force kill it.

You may want to try and reinstall your OS. Make sure your installer isn't corrupt by recreating your bootable USB installer. If you can boot into BIOS, you can try and make sure if your BIOS is up to date.
