laptop functional keys

my laptops functional keys are not working except F5. And also not working shifting keys like shift+Fn And Shift+other keys. can you people give me solution
i reinstalled key drives and other drives but it was not worked.

1| Can you please pass on the laptop's make and model number? If not then please pass on an SKU number for identification.
2| Have you tried ruling out the keycaps having debris accumulated under them to prevent the key from depressing?
3| an you please state since when the issue cropped up? You might find it helpful if you stated the OS. If you've changed it, please state the past and present OS. Often times the OS is to blame due to incompatibility.
