Question Laptop has a blank screen

Hey,I have a hp notebook 15 and it won't start so I tried holding win key and B at the same time and turned the power button on which led to hp BIOS recovery system.THE recovery keeps failing and my laptop keeps on repeating this over and over again.Please help me with this issue.

Your title says a blank screen, but the body of the message says you get the BIOS screen. Which would mean there is something on the screen.

So what is the actual issue and what were you doing before the problem started?

hey thanks for responding.
My laptop did have a blank screen and that's why I had to use WIN key and B to start bios. The hp BIOS recovery keeps on failing and I want to know what exactly are my options here.

OK. That still doesn't answer the other question though. What were you doing with the laptop before this happened? That can be a large factor.
