I recently removed my failed Toshiba M1646GSX 160GB sata drive from my Toshiba Sattelite A215-S5818 laptop, and was wondering if laptop drives follow the same form factor.

I've been looking at a few good replacements, but I'm just not quite sure about size.

Yep, most laptops have a 2.5" drive in them, so the ones you found should fit just fine. Out of the ones you mentioned, stay away from the Fujitsu, as it is an enterprise drive with SAS interface, not SATA, i.e. it won't work with your laptop. The other two should work just fine. Personally, I'd go with the Samsung drive in terms of reliability.
