Laptop help quickly!

My laptop is currently flashing 3 orange lights followed by a white one. It is a dell hp inspiron series. I will not trun on, even with the battery removed and p-lugged into an external power source. I was given a brief error message saying something along the lines of DXE verified, Bootgaurd is fail. Press any button to shut down. I could really use some help quickly as I am leaving the country tomorrow. Thanks!

Remove the battery, disconnect the power brick. Hold the power button for approx 30 seconds.

Reattach the power brick and see if there's any change.

I tried this and it opens back to the Bootgaurd page.
