Laptop hit now working super slow

I hit my laptop in anger. Now it is working very slow.i.e. Disk space is 100% occupied(as shown in task manager) Lenovo laptop. Please help what to do?

backup your data, create a recovery disk, replace the disk.

What do you mean by replace the disk? Does my harddrive need to be replaced?
