Laptop in Germany advice

I need some advice with my laptop choice... I live in Germany and I am finding difficulties with choosing one... Well, I must be too honest that I am really not that good in technology as a whole... I am not like into EXTREMELY NEW games, but I do use a laptop very much in many other things like movies, internet and other activities... Based on what should I make my choice with a new laptop??? I want the following if possible:
1- The computer should last with me for some time, as I don't like changing laptops very often... So in other words, the best possible laptop for the price range...
2- I have a price range of 800 Euros...
3- I am not sure what is the best for a laptop performance... Speed, RAM, processor type??? Well, I looked into laptops and I found this:

A friend here however suggested this which has a LOWER RAM but a HIGHER PROCESSOR SPEED and maybe a better VIDEO CARD:

Could you be a bit more specific on what you want to do with your laptop. If all you do is watch movies and surf the web, then a low end laptop with 4 gigs of ram and igpu is sufficient. but if you want to do more I will need to know what it is so I can tell you what gpu the laptop should have.

Watching movies, making work presentations, gaming (games like PES) and surfing the internet of course...

I am afraid that if I buy an ordinary i3 computer or a 4 GB RAM computer that after some time it would get slow, lag too much and become out of date and thereby I will need to buy a new one soon after that...

I would choose a laptop with an i5 m cpu, 4 gigs of ram igpu should be enough for pes. I would choose either the dell insperon range or the lenovo thinkpad series.

Out of the 2 you have suggested, get the first one as the gpu will make no difference when you are watching movies or surfing the web. Plus the igpu is more than sufficient to play pes.
