laptop is not getting on

my laptop has not shut down properly due to lack of battery after keeping charging now only power light was getting on and system was not getting on
Even fan also not running.
Any solution for it?

Remove Battery.

Plug in charger and start laptop (without battery)

Its should run ... if not check charger is serviceable).

Once running ... put battery back in ... note charge light should come on.

Let it charge up properly.

Hi,
I tried that but no use, when i click the power button the power light is getting on for some time and again its getting off and again its getting on only that thing is happening, even fan also not running
