Laptop issue ,help

I transferred few documents from my pendrive to laptop,from next day the laptop won't start , it keeps showing " diagnosing your pc " , for days ..m nt sure maybe pendrive contained virus or something. Can you tell how to solve it.

Which OS "operating system" are you using?

IF it's windows.... try loading into safe mode.

If it works there... there's something blocking the OS boot up.
