Question Laptop keyboard issues

Why would you have 2 or 3 keys stop working on a laptop then a year or so after you have replaced keyboard have those keys stop working again? There has been no damage ever I see no obvious causes I guess it isn't that big of a deal to replace it again but does anyone know what ay cause this or how to fix it?

probably wear it out by using it too much
