Laptop locks and cooler reccomandations

I have to get a laptop for college and with it the accessories to go with it
Looking for what the community thinks are good locks and coolers
Budgeting about 30 dollars each for a total of 60

As for the coolers, it really depends on your system. You wouldn't need something like the Massive23 from ThermalTake for a mid-range 14" class system, but generally, brands such as ThermalTake and CoolerMaster and Antec make decent chill pads.

It will either be a leenvo y410(14) or y500(15.6) both mid grade gaming laptops possibly the y500 with dual 650m

The ThermalTake Massive23, in that case, wouldn't be a bad option if you went for the 15.6" y500. Whichever you go with, I advise avoiding the plastic ones. The metal mesh coolers will add an extra level of heat dissipation.
