Laptop making a weird noise?

Recently my laptop has been a weird noise.... i've had it since 2011 and just recently this has been happening.

Sounds like a bad or dirty fan. Have you blown out the dust bunnies and hairballs with a can of compressed air lately?

i haven't done any of that ever .... do i need that or can i blow on it myself?

You can try. A can of air would be better.
