Question Laptop monitor problem

Today my friend was using my laptop for work, but she placed it on top of a pillow, in an aircond room.

I took it back when she's done and used it for about 2 hours, then my laptop starts to show this issue. Does anyone know what's wrong??? I didn't do anything but surfing the net. I ran it on safe mode and the same issue still persists. Is my laptop dead 😢 Need help.

Take your laptop for customer service so that if there is any major issue or it can be fixed easily they will let you know.

Currently there's lockdown in my country so I can't get to anywhere 😭 which is why I'm desperate to get this problem fixed.
