laptop not charging issue....?

my laptop is plugged in but not charging after 15 % and showing not charging. i have tried many things but it does not work... pls help.....

Well it could be that the battery is going, and it just isn't want to take a charge. Or it could be that the charger cord is damaged and not getting enough power through to the device to both run it and charge it.

Try charging it when turned off and see if it will charge faster. If yes, it is probably the charger cord. If that doesn't help, you need to look into replacing the battery.
