Solved! Laptop not connecting to WiFi or Ethernet

Hello, my laptop is not connecting to WiFi or Ethernet, it is a HP ProBook 4430s running Windows 10. I troubleshot it and it came up with "Problems with wireless adapter or access point" and "Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration". Would love to have this laptop work, any thoughts? Thank you

Have you tried restarting the router as well? From my anecdotal experience, the router going down or suddenly restarted is the usual source of my wifi problems.

Try connecting another device
Does it connect as wifi or does it not connected
If it connects your router dhcp isn't working
