Question Laptop Not Starting

My Laptop Dell. It is not starting up. I removed the battery to remove any residual power and after 30 seconds I plugged in with Adapter, it started started and I entered Log In details it again shut down. This is my defect in my system. What is the root cause for this problem.

My Laptop Dell. It is not starting up. I removed the battery to remove any residual power and after 30 seconds I plugged in with Adapter, it started started and I entered Log In details it again shut down. This is my problem in my system. Please help What is the cause for this problem. How it can be fixed? I am currently in Lockdown until 30 May 2021 due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Without Laptop I am standstill. Need help......

What model is your Dell? How old is it? Are you using the original battery, or a replacement one?
