Laptop not turning on!

Well Lenovo g-50 70 is not turning on. Tried hard
Reboot and stuff but nothing works and now I realise nothing actually moves inside. Not the fan, hard drive is unresponsive as well. Only power light turns on. What could be the problem and how can I fix it? If you need I will tell more info.

Lenovo g50-70,i3 core and and graphics. When I tried to turn it on the screen was black, I searched and tried hard boot but didnt work, also checked ac, took out battery and the lights showing that it's powered on are still there just with ac. Now, I thought it was display problem but as soon as it turns on (only lights) it turns off in several seconds. The screen does do something because when I look at it with daylight , it's slight green (like basic screen color when it's shutdown) and after start it turns complete black. So, no logo, no anything. Also i hear ticking sounds from inside as it is trying to start but can't.
