Laptop only shows Intel(R) HD Graphics

Hey guys, can you guys help me with this?

My laptop only shows Intel(R) HD Graphics, but i want more detail. I duno what graphics card i using, but inside display adapters only shows that.. how do I know more detail about it? what software?
