Question Laptop plugged in but not charging say " on battery's

My laptop can't charge it's says it's on battery I tried various method updating the driver, toubleshooting the battery, it even say on my Lenovo vantage that my battery healthy, I don't know what to do there should have been a small white light indicator when when I plugged my laptop - laptop Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3

Most of the time this means a bad battery, even if your software states it's healthy. Assuming you are using the original charger with it.
