Laptop Power is ON but had screen blackout.

Please help me how to troubleshoot my problem about my laptop "Power is ON" but "Screen Blackout". Kindly advise how to fix this. Thank you

Hi,

Do a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for around 20 secs. If that doesn't work try hooking up an monitor and see if you'll see any display on it because it could just be the LCD not functioning.
