Solved! Laptop Powers off

It is a HP pro series laptop. It powers on but after a while it powers off. Once it powers off, the power light keeps flashing as if the laptop is trying to power on. Tried the power cycle. Tried running the laptop from the power supply with the battery removed but no luck so far.

Did you make sure the battery is fully charged? And if so, have you tried turning it on with a fully charged battery and the cord in? If it still powers off, how long after you turn it on does it do this?

Currently, it powers off before loading up Windows in most cases. Yes the battery is fully charged but felt it powers off quicker with the battery in

It may be a combo between a bad battery and a dying charger. Maybe.

Were there any changes, damage, other things before this started?

None that I can recall.Apart from this, can it be a result of Hard Drive or RAM issues?

If it were the drive you would likely get other issues the ram, maybe. There are way to many things that could cause it, the only thing you can do at this point is trying to narrow them down. One step at a time.

Ok will try to rule power issues out first and will go from there.
