Laptop problems fix

My laptop gets shutdown automatically after almost 1 hour of use, and can't be turn on immediately. How can I fix this?

Could be overheating, take it apart, clean out fan/heatsinks/vents, apply new thermal paste, see how it runs after that. Could also be a failing motherboard.
