Im lookin to buy my first laptop, so.

1. What is your budget? 300-400

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? around 14-17"

3. What screen resolution do you want? not sure

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? not sure whats being asked? i need portable?

5. How much battery life do you need? 4 hours id say

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)? yes, eve online would pretty be it for the most part

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
general internet, class work for school

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
havent decided

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

two years or so

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
basic dvd read/burn

so big sale there was 750$ laptop for 350$, i got in store show coupon and get -50$

best 300$ laptop i ever had, can't match in store or online that price
(quad core amd APU, 8GB ram, 640GB HDD,) sweet

jeez thats a pretty good deal, ya, i was gonna go to the stores tommorw,(frys, office max, office depot, best buy and staple all right near each other where i live its nice)
just wanted some opinions on what brands etc i should get

If you can, wait bit, you can score nice laptop
i know because i do it for friends and me,
you can get black Friday deals anytime just need bit of passions...
with smart looking you can turn that 400$ budget into nice 800$ laptop

where/how do you get the -50$ coupon. I just applied and didn't see any computer coupon. I did see 10% off ink/toner and paper. doesn't do me much good.
