Question laptop recently started sleeping while playing games

Hi, hoping to get some help.

I've had my current laptop for about 2 yrs, an Asus. Recently I connected it to a dock with a monitor. I've been using it with the top down and only viewing the monitor. For the last few days, when I play games, the laptop has been going to sleep - it's happened a few times now. I've checked the power settings and everything is set to never turn off the display and never go to sleep, but it continues to go to sleep while actively in use.

What else should I do? Thanks

I am having the same problem; not sure what to do yet. But you can at least follow the steps I started with here.
