Laptop recommendation: y520 Vs 7567

I'm confused between 2 laptops that I'm planning on getting, the Lenovo y520 and the dell Inspiron 7567. I'm limited to these two as these are the only ones I have access to. Both have issues,
The y520 is 860USD and comes with a 7300hq and a gtx 1050.
The 7567 is 1000USD for a 7700Hq and a 1050ti, but has the "bad" TN panel.
I'm not going to be doing any colour sensitive work, and am probably gonna use it for just gaming and programming, and media consumption for the next 3 years or so. Is the 1050 decent enough for another 3 years, and let me save 150 bucks on the y520 or should I trade in a decent display for better performance and battery life, and the slightly higher price?
Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

honestly its hard to judge with the limited information but i don't think you need the more expensive one. the 7700hq would probably get bottlenecked by the 1050ti graphics card so i would go with the y520.
