Laptop screen is rolling

Hallo,

My Laptop screen is rolling. What can I do to make it stop!

1. set it to different refresh rate
2. figure out if the inverter/backlighting is faulty
2.1 figure out if videocard is working properly
2.2 replace the faulty hardware

Hit the Scroll Lock key on your keyboard to toggle the scroll lock to the OFF position.
