laptop screen keeps on blinking

its been a week my laptop screen continously blinks when it turns on.what might be the reason

When you say "blinks", do you mean turns off and on, as in cuts out then comes back?

same prob is with me its blinking again n again i opened it in safe mode crashed laptop many times but nothing is happening
