Laptop screen replacement Lenovo Y50

The Lenovo Y50 has many screen options on the same laptop body so I want to change the screen on the Y50 with the 1080p display to that of Y50 with UHD display. Since the laptops are same so I think that there won't be any problems with the fit also the the laptop has i7 4720 and GTX960m so I think it can handle it. But will the 4k screen be compatible and will the screen connectors be the same?

P.S. The UHD model with the same specs as the FHD model cost about $1000 more so just buying the UHD model is not a option for me.

I hate to say it, but unless we have every single detail, this is going to be something that you will have to use the manufacture for. I know that Lenovo has a chat option on their website, you might be able to get away with posing this question to them via that method.
