Laptop seems frozen

My Lenovo laptop suddenly freezes and im not computer savvy. I'm a 70 year old woman , i need help !

How old is the laptop? Maybe warranty is still applicable?

(enter the serial number there)

The model number (M/N) should be labeld on the bottom of the laptop. Please wright this in here.

Is the vent slot free of dust?
