Question Laptop show black screen and produce sound

After turning on it show black/blue screen and nothing and then start sounds like click or flickering (like the sound when a dvd inserted )
It has DIMM RAM INSERTED IN THE SLOT OF DDR3 .

There are a couple of questions you need to answer first.
1.Which laptop are you using?
2.Is the laptop powered on ?
3.Is it powering up while charging ?
Try running out the battery. And then charge it again. See if it turns on or not.

2.It on but nothing shown on screen.
It actually doesn't boot. Only show black screen
3.Yes I try all these without battery only with adapter

I don't have battery so use with adapter.
I remove CMOS BATTERY. Will it cause any problems ?

Does this use a hard disk drive (HDD) ? The clicking sound you hear could be the drive attempting to read but can not because it is broken.

You should be using a CMOS battery.

No actually my HDD is broken. But it has to show some logos of Acer , in reality it doesn't show any thing
