Laptop shuts down, and turn on, and shuts down again

Hello, I have a Lenovo t510 laptop,
When I turn it on, it's normal, but when it gets to the "starting windows" it shuts down, and after a couple of seconds, it turns on and do the same thing
It is windows 7.
Can anyone please help me

Yes it is, it works normally until the starting system part

It could be a battery issue, I Would get a replacement battery as the battery could have shorted out.

I don't think it's the problem, I have tried with another battery, because I have a similar laptop, but the same problem with the other battery

Honestly i would try taking it to a computer repair shop, or you could try returning it to the manufacturer.

Finally I made f8 work. I switched the hard drive from the laptop who didn't work, and put it in my other laptop, and so I went into control panel, and activated safe mode starter, and out the hard drive back in the laptop who didn't work, and the laptop turned and I made it in to safe mode... Now what??
I tried to look at system restore, but apparently I don't have any restore files.
But now I can go to the normal windows, without safe mode, but sometimes it also turn off and goes crazy...
But if you have suggestion to do something in the normal windows, u can say
