So I have a laptop with a smashed screen. I always keep it connected to my TV screen with an HDMI cable. Something happened recently which caused me to have to install a fresh windows 7 on the HDD. I can see that windows boots fine and it goes all the way to the desktop screen, but it gives no signal to my TV. I can't go into the settings to change it either because the screen's mashed and you can only make out so much. Is there anything I could do now?
For the record, I installed windows 7 by connecting the HDD to my computer and then reinserting it into my laptop.
