my Toshiba laptop is stuck on the lock screen camera. as in i opened the camera from the lock screen on accident and it won't let me go back to the lock. it says the camera is not working and I need to consult the troubleshooting manual. the bottoms on the bottom show up and I can move the mouse and click on things but they won't take me away from the camera. please help!

Hold in the power button to turn off the laptop, turn it back on. Should be back to normal.
