laptop that is good at video editing and light gaming under 500$

i am in the market for a laptop that can do video editing and light gaming which includes flash although i prefer to buy a desktop that is fully upgradable but right now i have to settle for a laptop because i cant find a desktop that is fully upgradable under $500 also i am open to suggestions for desktops to that are fully upgradable under $500

I would say a used laptop with GTX 580m (may be around $500), but that has the potential to be abused and have a shorter life.

Maybe a laptop with an AMD APU?
