Solved! Laptop to replace desktop

What is the best brand Laptop sold, Under 1000.00? I have heard a lot about Toshiba. Also relatives like HP, I have only had Dell desktops. I want to replace my desktop with a big screen laptop, but since most have large screens now, there is still a choice to make. Could someone give me their opinion.

Thanks, that's a good idea, I did call Toshiba Tech support to see how long it took to get a person. I haven't actually tried to find reviews from users.

If their CS on computers is anything like their CS on motherboards you won't be pleased. They are infamously bad.
