laptop turn off while trying to boot

hi guys i am hoping u help me out. my laptop samsung N150 Plus mini shuts down while trying to boot, this doesn't happen every

Hi,

Does this happen while you're running the laptop with its battery or even while connected to its AC adapter? Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, do test the AC adapter if its supplying enough voltage to the laptop.
- Remove the battery off the laptop then boot it up with the AC adapter connected and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If the same problem will persist with just the AC adapter connected, try a different AC adapter that has the same voltage and see if it will still shutdown or not.
- Lastly, do clean the inside of the laptop. Remove the dust off the fans and apply new thermal paste on the CPU as well.

if its a new laptop with the i7 6xxx series processor i heard there were problems with em and all they need is a bios update...
