OK so today i was looking on the internet and the laptops jeez they are heaps but i was wondering if there is one that can almost all games under 1000$?

Unfortunately you can't build laptops (at least it is very hard and unpractical) so buying one is your only option. As a heads up laptops are astronomically more expensive than desktops.
