Laptop Under $350 that can run league of legends

Hi. I'm buying my sister a laptop. What is a good one that can play league of legends pretty decent. I know that there is one out there that can play it. And if it's a windows 7 its a bonus.

Just get any that says it has Intel HD 4000.

The problem is that only Ivy Bridge CPUs offer HD 4000 graphics, and an entry level i3 IB laptop tends to run over $350. The HD 4000 integrated graphics run the game okay, at least (medium settings get 40+ FPS on HD 4000).

Price is always an issue. But it's pretty nice with the 4000.

League can run on such low specs.
